Biography

Grace Vaughan-Finn, M.Ed. is a fourth-year doctoral student in the Specialized Education Services Program at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to returning to UNCG to obtain her doctorate, she was a high school Occupational Course of Study (OCS) teacher in a local school district. She began working with the Office of Integrative Community Studies (ICS) in Summer 2024 as a graduate assistant and works with students on employment goals and career support. Her current research is centered on the barriers to and facilitators of employment for individuals with autism, self-advocacy, and workplace accommodations. Grace is a two-time graduate of UNCG and has a B.S. and M.Ed. in Specialized Education Services.
